Someone in Disney California Adventure is a car guy... they even duplicated the Helm's bakery truck looks

 So many things are from the Helms trucks (below is one at the Lyon Air Museum at the John Wayne Airport) like the colors of cream and blue, blue rims, the shield on the side, the grill having a letter painted in it, the headlights... the number on the front corner... this is just great!
